Celebrating 10 years of EMBO Molecular Medicine

EMBO at BASEL LIFE is an international scientific conference on current and emerging topics in the life sciences. This year’s edition will focus on next-generation molecular medicine. The conference will bring the best in fundamental research to a wide audience. It aims to foster a fruitful exchange between researchers from academia, clinics, pharmaceutical and biotech industry, while promoting excellence in the life sciences. It will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of EMBO Molecular Medicine, published by EMBO Press.

Together with the other pillars of BASEL LIFE, the conference will feature keynote lectures from Vas Narasimhan (Novartis, CH), Michal Schwartz (Weizmann Institute of Science, IS) and Kári Stefánsson (deCode Genetics, IC). It will also feature lectures from the Louis-Jeantet prize winners Luigi Naldini (San Raffaele University School of Medicine, IT) and Botond Roska (Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research, CH). Philippe Sansonetti, Geneviève Almouzni, Michael Hall, Jan Korbel, Caetano Reis e Sousa are the scientific organisers of EMBO at BASEL LIFE 2019.
